Hardened steel locking device that stops the locking rod from turning. Can not open if not cut latches, not cut shackles, or drill out rivets and open. Portable lock to lock container doors and or trailer doors. No welding. Uses no shackle hockey puck lock or concealed shackle lock. Lock sold separately. Patented.
